Programming languages have become the basis for processing data of any kind – through them, logic and data structures are defined and specified in all parts of information systems. More than 2,000 programming languages and countless technologies have been invented in the languages, methods, and practices of programming and software development.
What technologies preceded programming languages? Is this the only way to manage and specify logic for systems? What levels of logic exist in programming languages? Is this the ideal development tool? What do we expect from programs? How can we make software systems more understandable and cost-effective?
These and hundreds of other questions continue to arise.
It is precisely because of these questions, the challenges and characteristics of programming languages, and approaches to software development and technologies that I would like to share my opinion with you.
